We cover standard legal costs related to the purchase, but you are responsible for any costs originating from your side—such as consent to let, indemnity policies, or tenant-related expenses. Completion timelines are set by mutual agreement and subject to solicitor availability, but typically take place within 7–28 days.

8. Liability

Our liability to you is capped at the price we pay for your property, except where required by law. MapleView is not liable for indirect losses like missed profits or emotional distress.
